Noah - Owner of Twin Cities Outdoor Living

OWNER

Noah

Noah started Twin Cities Outdoor Living after spending years working his way through the landscaping industry, from working in the field to becoming a foreman and eventually managing landscaping projects.

Those years gave him an appreciation for both sides of the business: what homeowners expect when they're investing in their property, and what it takes from the crew on the ground to actually deliver it.

Twin Cities Outdoor Living was built around combining those two things — treating customers fairly while creating a place where hard-working people are respected and rewarded for what they bring to every project.

Noah remains heavily involved in the day-to-day work, from the initial walkthrough and estimate to planning, installation and final cleanup. Owning the company doesn't mean watching from the truck — it means putting your name behind the work and being willing to work alongside the people doing it.

Michael - Project Manager at Twin Cities Outdoor Living

PROJECT MANAGER

Michael

Landscaping wasn't originally where Michael expected to build his career. He first got into the industry while pursuing a degree in teaching, but it didn't take long for the work to become more than just a job.

He fell in love with seeing a project come together from the ground up — taking something rough, unfinished or overlooked and turning it into something a homeowner can enjoy for years.

His teaching background never really went away either. Michael has a natural ability to work with younger crew members, showing them not only how to do the work correctly, but how to take pride in it. Whether it's teaching someone how to establish grade, build a solid base, run equipment or simply develop the discipline to keep pushing through a long day, he believes the next generation of workers deserves to actually be taught the trade.

As Project Manager, Michael brings that same mentality to every job: understand the plan, teach the process, hold the standard, and never ask someone else to do something you wouldn't do yourself.

Brian - Twin Cities Outdoor Living

FOREMAN

Brian

Brian comes from a family where hard work was never something you talked about — it was simply what you did. Growing up around builders, workers and natural hustlers taught him early that if something is worth building, it's worth building the right way.

That mentality has followed him into everything he does. A ten-hour workday doesn't necessarily mean the day is over. It might mean heading home to spend another few hours working on a car, helping with another project or putting time into building and improving a house.

He's the kind of person who's happiest when there's something to work on, something to figure out or something that needs to get done.

Brian brings that same work ethic to our projects. Details matter, shortcuts usually come back to bite you, and the finished product should still look good long after the crew leaves. He's dependable, mechanically minded and never afraid of a project that requires a little extra grit.

THE STANDARD WE WORK BY

Your Yard. Our Name On It.

Every project we finish represents our company long after the trucks leave. That's why we'd rather take the time to do something right than rush through it just to get to the next job.

Good work starts with good people. Our job is to take care of both the people trusting us with their property and the people putting in the work to transform it.

Have something in mind? Let's take a look at it.
